Niagara Access Update

Tridium has made the decision not to proceed with the commercial launch of Niagara Access. Effective immediately, the Niagara Access program is being discontinued and will not be released commercially.

This decision reflects Tridium's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of product readiness, quality, and customer success. Feedback from the beta program identified areas requiring further development before the offering would be appropriate for commercial release with broad deployment.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR CUSTOMERS

  • This decision does not impact any existing Niagara deployments
  • Niagara Enterprise Security remains:
    • Supported as an application built on the Niagara 4 framework
    • Available for continued deployment and use
    • Maintained with ongoing support against then-supported version of Niagara 4, including security updates and bug fixes

Customers can continue to use Niagara Enterprise Security and continue to get the support through published end-of-life date for Niagara 4 when used with then-supported versions of Niagara 4. Additional information can be found in the FAQ's.
