About Our Returns and Refunds Policies

Any returned product shall be reviewed and processed by Building Controls Group (BCG) and is subject to RMA protocols.

BCG’s aggregate liability with respect to the sale of any product or provision of any service shall in no event exceed the price paid by the customer for such product and/or service. The ability to return product(s) and receive credit is not guaranteed. BCG reserves the right to decline acceptance for any return and/or credit for any returned product.

Please allow up to 30 days for returns/refunds to be complete upon receipt of the product being returned and approval of the return from Building Controls Group and/or the manufacturer if needed.

New/Unused Items: 
Stocked Product – Accepted returns after 60 days from purchase date will incur a re-stocking charge of no less than 15%.   

Non-Stocked Product – Accepted Non-stocked product returns are subject to manufacturer acceptance and will incur a re-stocking charge (fee ranges from 20-35%). 

Stocked and Non-Stocked returned product must be in the original packaging, with all material, product data sheets, etc. Boxes and packaging must be free from any markings or damage.

Accepted returns will receive credit for product only and all related shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/customer.

Warranty: Warranty Returns and potential credit are subject to the factory/manufacturer’s return/warranty policy.  Warranty periods and conditions for each warranty return may vary depending on the manufacturer/supplier and may take multiple weeks/months to process.  Some manufacturers only provide repair & return the product.  Some items require independent testing prior to return to manufacturer.  Warranty claims/returns are not guaranteed for credit and may be denied for multiples reasons.  Any credit given for accepted return will be based on original product purchase price.   Any replacement product purchased will be subject to BCG’s terms of sale and will have its own warranty period.
