Transition to new terminal block connectors
Johnson Controls is transitioning to a new vendor for terminal block connectors for SNC, CG series, CV series, CC series, and XPM products. This update improves mechanical robustness and reduces the risk of field damage associated with terminal screw overtorque.
CCT software patch 18.0.2.6 is available for CCT at Release 18.0
This patch addresses the issues that are listed in Table 1: Summary of issues resolved in CCT 18.0.2.6 (shown below). This patch also includes updates to the CCT System Selection Tree that have been certified by the CEC for compliance with California Title 24 JA18.
