Shipping policy

Estimated shipping costs are determined at the time of order. Non-stock items may be subject to a minimum quantity, and additional shipping fees. Building Controls Group is not responsible for our supplier's product availability on non-stocked items and shipping for non-stock items will be made as soon as the items are available. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. Additional shipping fees may also apply for partial shipments; expedited; express or next day delivery requests. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise identified by seller. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made with the shipping carrier by the customer. All shipments should be unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt.

Currently we do not ship products outside of the United States.

Monday - Friday: To guarantee orders ship the same day, orders must be placed by 12:00p.m. Central Time. Orders placed after 12:00p.m. will be shipped the next business day.

Because UPS does not offer refunds for delays caused by weather or other "Acts of God," we are also unable to provide shipping refunds for packages delayed by these specific events.

We recommend monitoring your UPS tracking status for the most up-to-date information provided by the carrier.

If you would like an order to be shipped with a signature required, that is an extra charge, so you will need to contact us in advance.

If you would like to ship your order on your UPS account number, please put that number in the notes section and then choose Standard UPS Ground shipping for your order and we will give you a credit for the shipping charge once we ship your order and validate your UPS account number.
