Tariff Updates

These increases/changes override updates that may have been done previous and are most current.

As of March 17th, 2025 you will see a 5% tariff added to all McDonnell Miller products.

Please be advised that we have received several letters from manufactures for tariff increases that are going to effect on March 12th.

Those brands and tariff increases include: ASCO at 7.5%, Bell & Gossett at 5%, Siemens at 3.2% and ICM Controls at 3.5%.

Johnson Controls has announced with a letter that as a result of recent geopolitical and supply chain actions they needed to provide an update about controls products pricing.

Given increased costs on certain goods, they are announcing a 2% price increase effective on Monday, March 17, 2025, excluding software.

Effective immediately, Robertshaw is rescinding the tariff price increase which they announced effective March 4, 2025.

Robertshaw has announced a 10% Price Increase and as long as the Mexican tariffs are effective, we will increase pricing on all products that we sell and ship from Mexico to the United States by 10%. The tariff increase will go into effect on March 4, 2025 and continue for the duration of the tariffs.

As of March 3, 2025, there will be an increase in pricing for certain products that Honeywell/Resideo sells that are manufactured in Mexico or are otherwise impacted in the case of the imposition of planned tariffs.

Price increase starting immediately is: Honeywell Buildings at 6.4%
