Robertshaw Tariff Price Increase

Robertshaw has announced a 10% Price Increase  . . .

Their letter to us has stated:

The United States government announced the imposition of 25% tariffs on all goods shipping from Mexico into the United States until Mexico takes steps to reduce illegal immigration and the export of synthetic opioids/fentanyl into the United States effective March 4, 2025.

We are reviewing all actions that we can take to mitigate the impact of the tariffs. At such time as the United States government shares more details regarding the tariffs, we will pursue any applicable exemptions and take all reasonable actions to mitigate or eliminate the impact of the tariffs.

In the meantime, for so long as the Mexican tariffs are effective, we will increase pricing on all products that we sell and ship from Mexico to the United States by 10%. The tariff increase will go into effect on March 4, 2025 and continue for the duration of the tariffs. The tariff cost will be shared between Robertshaw and the Customer and will affect all current open orders, all current back orders and all new incoming orders. To effectively
implement this tariff to USA distribution, you will be issued a supplemental Price Book with appropriate tariff costs reflected by SKU(Part#).
