As of March 3, 2025, there will be an increase in pricing for certain products that Honeywell/Resideo sells that are manufactured in Mexico or are otherwise impacted in the case of the imposition of planned tariffs. The increase will represent the increased cost that we incur as a result of such actions and will vary by product category based upon a variety of factors, including product cost, US component content and other tariff mitigations we are working to institute.
The price increase will be effective for all products delivered after March 3; however, it will not affect any purchase orders that have been accepted as of the date hereof.
As of right now, we have not seen any of these prices affect our products, but we know it is just a matter of time before they start coming into our inventory.
As these tariffs start affecting our prices, you will see our prices increase as well.
