As part of their ongoing efforts to improve their product offerings and streamline their inventory, Johnson Controls has informed us of the immediate discontinuation of the non-Wi-Fi capable model FX80 Supervisory Controller (FX-SC8BDWIFI-0) in the North America and Latin America regions.
To simplify the FX80 Supervisory Controller product lineup, they now solely offer the FX-SC8BASE-0 model, the Wi-Fi capable version. This model can also be seamlessly used in non-Wi-Fi applications, ensuring continued usability for Wi-Fi
and non-Wi-Fi applications. The FX-SC8BASE-0 is certified and approved for use only in the United States, therefore, sales of these models are restricted to the United States. The FX-SC8BASE-700 replacement model also remains available.
For customers in Canada and Latin America, or those who are interested in transitioning to the next generation supervisory controller, the FX90 Supervisory Controller (FX-SC9BASE-0) is now available. This FX90 model does not include Wi-Fi capability.
