Niagara 4.15 Release Update

During the final testing phase of Niagara 4.15, some technical issues were identified by an independent researcher that impact all supported versions of the Niagara Framework®. The Niagara 4.15 was not released on April 10th so that they could immediately address those issues and provide you with an improved version of the offering when it is ready for release.

Contemporary Controls BridgeVPN Router Firmware Update

Contemporary Controls' EIGR-VB wired BridgeVPN router supports OpenVPN® client/server functionality, and as a VPN server, it supports bridge mode VPN for up to 10 VPN clients (Windows/Linux PCs). OpenVPN version 2.x supports bridge mode and was updated to version 2.6.12. The EIGR-VB now supports the latest OpenVPN version 2.6.12 with release of firmware 1.0.3.

Niagara Edge ® 10 Last Time Buy & End-of-Life Announced

Demands on edge controllers are evolving, and Tridium is currently planning a refreshed IP-based edge device with more resources and processing power. We will be phasing out the Niagara Edge 10, so if you have deployments that include this part, start planning for its end-of-life.
