New Automation Support System

Our Automation Support Department is now using a new ticketing system for technical support calls.

If you need help with your automation controls equipment, we are now working from an in-house ticketing system to better serve our customers and help everyone as quickly as possible.

We now have several ways to get your issue into the support system and you can choose the way that works the best for you.

  • You can email the department directly at  BAS.Support@buildingcontrolsgroup.com and let them know what your need or concern is. They will then create a ticket for you and send you a confirmation.
     
  • You can download the BCG App by using the link below and then go to the Automation Support button on the home page and fill out the Automation Support form. This will send a ticket directly to the system through the App. Once your ticket is created, you will receive a confirmation.
     
  • Another option is to go to the ticketing dashboard at https://support.buildingcontrolsgroup.com and submit your own ticket. This dashboard is where you will also be able to see all your ticket progress and help articles.


We hope that having several options will make it easy for everyone to have an option that works for them and also make it easier and quicker for our team to get to support calls. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about this new system.
