Susan Zappa

Susan acquired her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bethel University and has many years experience working in operational management. Her current responsibilities include financial and regulatory oversight, business process and procedure development, and human resource compliance. 

Susan is an avid football fan, and she also enjoys reading, photography, watching HGTV, and spending time with her family and friends.
