John Zappa

John is well known in the HVAC distribution industry with many years of experience that encompasses product knowledge, direct sales, customer training, and control system design. One of his primary business goals is to provide excellent customer service and support. John is committed to developing long-term relationships with his customers, employees and vendor/manufacturer partners. He is focused on lifelong learning in the areas of his faith, business, and leadership. 

Outside of BCG, John enjoys reading, outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling, and spending time up north at his lake home with his family.
