Purpose:

To provide administrative support to assist with efficient office operations

Primary Job Duties:
  • Greeting and assist onsite customers/visitors
  • Answer and route inbound phone calls
  • Develop and implement organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist with meetings/training: logistics (i.e. space requirements, travel, food, etc.) and taking meeting minutes/notes.
  • Input and update information in multiple databases
  • Support accounts payable/receivable functions
  • Operate and support maintenance office equipment (i.e. printers, copiers, etc.)
  • Assist with ordering/managing office supplies
  • Other related duties as assigned

Skills Desired:

  • Previous experience in office administration and/or accounting support preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Quickbooks (or other accounting software)
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills to improve work performance. 
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) required, an advanced degree (i.e. associate’s or bachelors) a plus but not required.
